Common questions

How do I invite someone to my team?

Open the app → Settings tab → your team card shows a 6-character join code and a "Copy share message" button. Share that message with them. They install Pet SitR, sign up, and enter your code on the Team Setup screen (or from Settings → "Join another team").

How do I leave or delete a team?

Settings tab → Danger zone → Leave team. If you own the team and you're the only owner, promote another member first (Members list → Make owner). Delete team is a permanent action that wipes all pets, visits, and schedules for the team.

I'm not getting visit reminders.

Settings tab → Visit reminders — toggle on and choose a lead time. If the toggle refuses to turn on, open the iPhone Settings app → Pet SitR → Notifications, enable them there, then try again in the app.

How do I delete my account?

Email cshunnarah@gmail.com from the email address on your account and we will remove your user record and any teams where you are the only owner within 7 days.
